Privacy policy

Version: 2026-10-22

This page explains what happens to the details you send through the form on mieszkaj.app. We keep it plain, and we only describe what this website actually does.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Vladyslav Pavlov, ul. Długa 29, 00-238 Warszawa, Polish tax ID (NIP) 5214070644.

For anything to do with your data, email support@chatahunter.com.

This policy covers the mieszkaj.app website and its contact form. The AI assistants we build for businesses run under separate agreements with those businesses.

2. What we collect

From the contact form

  • your name,
  • your company name,
  • your email address,
  • your phone number, if you give it,
  • your type of business (for example, a real-estate agency or a developer),
  • your message, if you write one.

With the form we also record the page it was sent from, that page's language and any campaign tags in the link (UTM tags), if there were any.

Automatically, on every visit

Like any website, our server receives your IP address and basic technical details of the request (such as your browser type and the time). The site is served by Cloudflare. When you send the form, we use your IP address for a simple spam limit: it is held briefly in the server's memory and never written to a database. Our technical logs do not contain your name, email address, phone number or message.

Do you have to give us your details?

No, it is up to you. Without a name, company and email address, though, we cannot reply to your enquiry. Phone and message are optional.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and talk to you about an assistant for your business, including the confirmation email — because you asked us to, before any contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To stay in touch with the person representing the business, to protect the form from spam and abuse, and to establish or defend legal claims if ever needed — our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not send a newsletter, we do not use your details to market other services, and we make no automated decisions about you (including profiling).

4. Who receives it

A few providers process data on our behalf. We never sell your data.

  • HubSpot, Inc. (USA) — our CRMWhere we manage your enquiry: everything from the form. Transfer to the US: HubSpot takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing agreement (DPA) also incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Telegram — a notification to our teamWe receive a short message about each new enquiry: name, company, type of business, email, phone, message, the page and any campaign tags. Telegram Messenger Inc. stores the data of EEA users in data centres in the Netherlands and relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers to its group companies outside the EEA.
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) — the confirmation emailSends a short confirmation to your address with your name, company and type of business (not your message); a copy goes to our inbox. Transfer to the US: Standard Contractual Clauses, and Resend also states compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — website hosting and form handlingProcesses your IP address and technical request data, and passes the form on. Transfer to the US: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with Standard Contractual Clauses as the fallback.

Public authorities may also receive data where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep form data for 24 months from our last contact, then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will — unless we need it to establish or defend a legal claim.

If we sign a contract, we keep the data needed to perform it for as long as the contract runs and for as long as the law requires afterwards (for example, tax rules).

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • find out what data we hold about you and get a copy,
  • have out-of-date or wrong data corrected,
  • have your data deleted, or its use restricted,
  • receive your data in a format you can take to another company,
  • object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests.

Email support@chatahunter.com — we reply within one month, usually much sooner.

If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Polish data protection authority: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, uodo.gov.pl. You can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools or tracking pixels, and loads nothing from other companies' servers — fonts and scripts come from our own server. That is why there is no cookie banner.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the version date at the top.
